Veterinary Receptionist/CSR

Heartfelt Animal Care is a small animal practice looking to add an enthusiastic, compassionate receptionist to join our team! We are looking to welcome a professional, experienced, detail-oriented customer service representative to our hospital.
We are conveniently located in West Roseville.
*Clinic Hours:* Monday- Friday 8am-7pm Saturday 9am-6pm Sunday: Closed *Job Responsibilities:* * Answering a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments and communicate with clients and team members effectively.
* Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
* Have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
* Have general knowledge of veterinary products (preventatives, medications, veterinary diets, etc.
) * Handling invoices, collecting payments and processing end of day reports.
* Maintaining accurate patient records and client communications.
* Maintaining cleanliness of all client-facing areas.
* Providing exemplary, compassionate customer service.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
50 - $18.
