Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team by performing various clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a dental or medical office is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
