Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, including difficult/escalated callers
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and provide follow-up support
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills
Must have a strong work history and a proven punctuality track record.
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.
50 per hour
Shift: Monday-Fridays and Rotating Saturday's (8 Hour Shift) .
Must be available 8:00AM-6:00PM.
