As a Customer Service Representative, you are on the front lines for communication between our customers, technicians, and managers.

Job Description:
Operating multiple systems and ways for communication to and from customers
Take and make heavy call volumes daily
Help customers with scheduling services
Answering questions about service plans and what Pro Active offers
Collecting payments
Routing technicians routes
Helping with projects from managers
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Be professional and have positive attitude
Be self motivated to learn
Be able to use your resources
Be able to multi-task and time manage
Must have some experience in call center or as a customer service representative
Must have interpersonal and communication skills
Must have good tonality and general understanding of phone etiquette
Must have problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work with varying computer programs with ease
Ability to show patience and compassion towards customers
Bi-lingual is a plus!!
