*Job Functions & Responsibilities*
* Processing company payroll.
* Facilitating company benefits program.
* Facilitating company 401k program.
* Facilitating company PTO program.
* Handles internal employee emails/requests as it pertains to payroll, benefits, 401k, & PTO.
* Data entry of all field staff timecards to ensure timely and accurate job costing.
* Bi-weekly reconciliation of commissions.
* Monthly reconciliation of sales vs commissions database.
* Responsible for monthly payroll journal entries.
* Responsible for Prevailing Wage compliance and reporting.
* Responsible for daily job billings and contract verification.
* Audit GPS Records of the Technicians.
*Required Knowledge Base, Skills, & Abilities:*
* Strong oral and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
* Must handle multiple tasks, duties, and responsibilities concurrently.
* Exceptional time management and organization skills.
* Detail oriented, persistent, motivated, and hard working.
* Portray an outgoing, professional demeanor with the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships.
* Proficient computer and software skills including MS Office, Sedona a plus.
* Experience with commercial security systems or similar related industry preferred.
* Experience with Prevailing Wage payroll recommended.
* Successful candidates with have a High School diploma and 1+ years related work experience.
* Valid driver’s license.
Clean DMV driving record required.
