*Role Description*
The Accounting Administrator will be responsible for executing daily accounting tasks and assisting with other accounting duties as necessary.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Sacramento.
*Qualifications*
Knowledge of and experience with Accounting software
Experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting
Understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and practices
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

*Responsibilities:*
*Accounts Payable:*
* Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors and address inquiries.
*Accounts Receivable:*
* Generate and send customer invoices promptly.
* Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
* Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer queries.
*Purchasing:*
* Assist in the procurement process, including vendor negotiations and contract management.
* Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
* Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts.
*Financial Reporting:*
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
* Provide support for financial analysis and budgeting activities.
*Company Travel:*
* Manage company-wide travel.
*Process Improvement:*
* Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchasing functions.
* Implement efficient and effective procedures to enhance overall financial operations.
*Experience:*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant field of study
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in public accounting or corporate finance is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.
