*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team, with a particular emphasis on accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy in financial matters.
*Responsibilities:*
*Accounting Support:*
* Assist in accounts payable and receivable.
* Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
* Reconcile financial statements and ensure accuracy.
*Administrative Duties:*
* Provide general administrative support to the team.
* Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.
*Data Entry and Record Keeping:*
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in both physical and electronic formats.
* Input financial data into accounting software.
*Communication:*
* Act as a liaison between various departments and external partners.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and external contacts.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with a focus on accounting tasks.
* Strong proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks a plus.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data entry.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
*Education and Experience:*
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
