Collections Representative

The employee will perform outbound collection phone calls.
Employee will skip trace to locate delinquent consumers location information in regard to the delinquent invoices.
Responsibilities: * Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts * Make outbound collection phone calls * Negotiate a resolution to the unpaid invoice * Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts * Keep records and status of customer's account * Resolve billing disputes * Meet production goals Qualifications: * Previous experience in call center or collections preferred but not required.
* Ability to build rapport with people * Writing, typing and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage hundreds of files * Work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
