Bilingual Collections Representative

We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for locating individuals and collecting on outstanding invoices owed.
Responsibilities: * Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts * Make outbound and handle inbound phone calls * Receive and post payment to customer's account * Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts * Keep records and status of customer's account * Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes Qualifications: * Ability to build rapport with people * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage hundreds of files * Bilingual in Spanish * Must be able to work at a fast pace Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
