*Job description* Part Time Assistant Bookkeeper- Payroll.
Responsibilities include verifying that Payroll information received is complete and accurate.
Calculate Timesheets, process, input, reconcile, sort and distribute pay checks.

* Enter vendor invoices for timely payment and record expenses to general ledger.
* Input expenses * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts * Closing books at the end of year * Mail out checks to vendors Balancing days * payroll, filing, auditing, manual updates, price adjustments, Education: * Associate (Preferred) Experience: * QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred) * Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $21.
