Bilingual Accountant

```Duties:``` - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records - Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts - Perform general ledger accounting and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations - Assist with the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during the audit process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information - Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes ```Qualifications:``` - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Knowledge of private equity, wills trusts estate law, or related areas is a plus - Experience with mentoring or supervising junior staff is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
