Serrano Country Club, a private gated community in El Dorado Hills, CA is looking for the next superstar to join our top notch finance and accounting team as Staff Accountant.
This person will be taking over for a long time team member who is retiring.
Time permitting, this new team member will be able to be fully trained by the outgoing team member to be able to "hit the ground running" once the current team member retires in early May.
Serrano Country Club is a full service country club with golf, tennis, fitness, swimming, pickleball, food & beverage, private events and member functions.
The Club has approximately 800 members, operates 12 months per year and has a $13.
0M budget.
The position is part of a team of 4 including the Director of Finance, Assistant Controller, and HR Manager.
The job tasks and duties include but are not limited to verifying that all charges posted to member accounts are accurate, maintaining member accounts and processing monthly statements, maintaining communication with members and staff on all billing topics.
Maintaining exact records of accounts payable; reconciling accounts payable with invoices, purchase orders and expense reports; writing and/or issuing payments on accounts by performing the duties listed in the job description.
This position is available for a start date of April 1st.
