Manager Payroll & Benefits (Fiscal Services/PC#253676)
Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director Payroll & Benefits, assist with managing the payroll and benefits functions of the District; assure compliance with laws, codes, regulations and standards related to payroll and benefit processing; train and supervise the performance of assigned personnel.

Salary: $95,724-$118,776 in 7 annual steps.
Based on Experience.
Location: Fiscal Services
Hours: 8 hours/day 5 days/week

Experience and Education
Associate Arts Degree from an accredited college in business or related field is required.
Four (4) years of payroll/benefits and/or accounting experience, including the supervision and training of others is required.
Experience in a related field beyond the four-year requirement may be substituted for the years of education experience on a two years’ experience equals one year of education basis.
Licenses and Certifications
Possession of a valid California Class C driver's license and proof of insurance are required.
Personal transportation for job-related travel.
