Under the direction of the CALPIA Financial Controller, this position establishes the CALPIA financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information.
Position will also assist with the direction of the periodic preparation, analysis, and publication of CALPIA’s interim financial statements and reports, as well as year-end State Controller Office reports and CALPIA’s Annual Financial Report.
Leads the financial external audit for interim and year-end financials.
Plans, organizes, and oversees accounting daily, monthly, interim, and year-end activities for the Accounting Units including Accounts Payable (AP), Fiscal Analytics Unit (FAU), Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Reports & Reconciliation (RR) Unit, and Inventory Management Unit (IMU).
