Job Title: Accounting Coordinator Duties: - Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Write financial reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Support auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Utilize accrual accounting methods to record and track expenses and revenues.
- Assist with financial management tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Skills: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to financial reporting.
- Familiarity with auditing principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
