We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team.
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of our organization.
This position requires a strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.

This position reports directly to the company Principles and support the company by handling all fundamental aspects of the company's financial recordkeeping*; A/P, A/R, Collections, Reconciliations, H/R; Payroll, Payroll Taxes Health Insurance, Budget, Audit and Year-End Tax Preparation* and supporting Principles on special projects and other duties that may be assigned as needed
*Requirements to be considered for the Accounting/Bookkeeping Supervisorposition*:
Bachelor’s degree, an Associate degree or more work experience for the right candidate
Extensive QuickBooks background and property management software
Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience in complex accounting and finance transactions governed under *GAAP* is required
*STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF ACCOUNTING PROCESSES IN THESE AREAS:*
*Daily:* Accounts Payable, on-time bill pay,
*Monthly:* Compliance reporting, Accounts Receivable, Preparation of monthly invoices, Reconciliation of monthly receivables, Bank Account and Credit Card Account Reconciliations, Financial Statements and intercompany accounts reconciliation.
Payroll and Payroll Taxes: responsible for bi-weekly payroll, work with ADP for federal and state tax payments and any other financial report filing.
*Quarterly:* Financial Statements, Sales Tax Reporting, and all local and state tax filings
*Annual:* Budgets and Projections, Audit Prep, Tax Return Prep, W-2s and 1099s, all other annual filings
*Must be proficient in the following*
*QuickBooks*, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe
_*The successful candidate must be*_ experienced in supporting various accounting/business related activities, able to multi-task, be organized, detail oriented, _*deadline driven*_ and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be self-motivated, mature, have a professional demeanor, strong work ethic and adherence to confidentiality.
Contribute recommendations and participate in improving the accounting processes; assist in internal control and have excellent written communication skills.
