Private Staff Accountant

Little Leapers has a complex account profile with 40 locations across the United States and multiple divisions with seperate sub-accounts.
We are searching for a knowedgable accountant to aide in the below duties.
This position can be done remotely, via QB Online.
However, some tasks would need to be done in our Auburn CA office.
This is a part time position, with potential for growth.
Duties: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Conduct account analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles - Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports - Support month-end and year-end close processes - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting - Maintain documentation of accounting procedures and processes - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls in accordance with SOX requirements - Utilize Quickbooks to record transactions and generate reports Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles - Proficiency in Quickbooks - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for further consideration.
