Job Summary: The Operations Specialist helps the organization run smoothly by supporting operational leadership across facilities, departments and companies.
They will participate in HR, accounting, finance and operational tasks to promote a positive and productive work environment.
They will maintain clear communication, handle correspondence, be highly organized, solve problems and manage data in various systems.
The operations specialist works with the leadership teams at each facility and the ownership team at both Ridgeline Pediatric and My Tutoring Partners.
Company Overview: Ridgeline Pediatric Day Health and Respite Services is a resource for families of children who have specialized health care needs.
Ridgeline provides skilled nursing daycare and overnight skilled nursing respite throughout northern California.
We are looking for the right person to add to our small team.
My Tutoring Partners is a state wide tutoring agency focused on helping parents and schools find the perfect tutor for their students.
The operations specialist would spend time working at both companies.

Responsibilities for Operations Specialist
Month end Reconciliation and reporting
Manage Budget/Forecast
Run Payroll
Manage 401k program and reporting
Track Assets
Track Leases
Work with Facility Managers to implement best practices for each facility office management
Manage monthly credit card expense reports
Be the company liaison for billing support for regional centers and medi-cal.
Work in conjunction with the executive assistant to support the ownership team
Support HR training, functions and reporting
Work with CPA to manage annual tax returns
Work in a small team environment
Qualifications for Operations Specialist
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, or other business related field
2-5 years of experience in Accounting/Office Management
Strong knowledge of various software platforms including but not limited to Google Applications, Microsoft Office, Chrome etc
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
Ability to travel as necessary
Reports To: CEO/CFO
Compensation
Salary - $45,000 - $55,000
Full Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, (Company pays 80% of premiums for employee and dependents)
401k match up to 4%
