Responsibilities:
Record and manage invoices from customers in a timely and accurate manner
Keep up to date records of accounts receivable, including aging reports and reconciliations
Follow up on overdue payments and research discrepancies, resolving customer problems expeditiously
Compile and send out monthly statement to clients and contact customers to ensure payments are made with agreed terms
Answer customer queries related to payment status and provide necessary assistance
Qualifications:
At least three years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections
Thorough knowledge of billing and reconciling financial accounts
Outstanding verbal and written communication proficiency
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Legally authorized to work in the US
