My Equity Comp is seeking to hire an experienced bookkeeper to join our team and work for one of the leading equity compensation firms in the industry.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including managing accounts receivable, invoicing, booking expenses, and maintaining records with QuickBooks Online.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Full cycle Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly/quarterly invoices and maintaining customer records.
Follow up on payment collection when needed.
Accounts Payable including booking expenses and vendor records maintenance.
New vendor setup and maintenance.
Vendor statement reconciliation and discrepancies.
Bank statement reconciliations.
Prepare reports and statements for the accountant as needed.
Assist senior management team with other projects as assigned.

Expert in QuickBooks Online (2-3 years minimum experience)
Proficient in MS Office applications
Highly organized and detail oriented

Consistently meet deadlines with accuracy
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision
Salary & Benefits
$25 - $30 per hour based on experience.
Eligible for overtime pay when business needs dictate.

Full-Time, Monday – Friday 8:00-4:30
This position is in our Gold River, CA office and may be eligible for hybrid work after a probationary period.
