The ideal candidate will have experience with union payroll and certified reporting for public and private works jobs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy of timecards and pay checks on a weekly basis.
This position requires a detail-oriented, organized person with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities: * Process weekly payroll efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain complete and accurate employee files.
* Reconcile weekly timecards from Excel to Sage Contractor.
* Manage certified payroll reporting and union liabilities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Handle employee inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
* Provide reports to management as requested.
* Maintain office supplies.
* Answer and process phone requests * File documents as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.
00 - $40.
