Job description Payroll Administrator - Job Responsibilities Reports to Business manager Handling time card collection Payroll processing and reconciliation Posting payroll taxes/ garnishments Hourly, salary and commissioned payroll Printing and distribution of payroll checks (175 +) Using current DMS -CDK Pre hire testing, drug screens, background, driving record Entering/terminating employee benefits Tracking vacation/ sick Leave Other miscellaneous duties Payroll Administrator - Job Requirements Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Previous experience required Attention to detail Data entry skills Highly Organized and self motivated Learning new systems and processes Previous dealership experience a plus/ not required Paylocity experience a plus Dealership experience a plus Payroll Administrator -Benefits Pay based on experience Medical, dental vision Paid Vacation 401K Great working environment, Family Owned Business Job Type: Full-time ipOkCytgdD
