Credit Specialist

We are seeking an detail-oriented experienced Credit Specialist to join the team! Must possess the ability to deal with people tactfully, prepare reports, analyze situations accurately and take effective action in accordance with provisions of the law, rules, and regulations.
Responsibilities: * Review aging report on accounts receivable to determine collection efforts * Reconcile customer accounts * Investigate and resolve all short payments, overpayments, and disputed payments * Create extended payment contracts * Handle customer complaints Qualifications: * 3-5 years relevant experience * Proficient in Microsoft Suite * Excellent communication skills * Detail oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.
