Job Description
Summary
Reporting to the Controller, the Sr.
AR analyst is responsible for tracking revenue and ensuring payments are received and accurately recorded.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
(Other duties may be assigned):
Process invoices, resolves missed payments, update financial records, and ensure timely & accurate issuance of customer invoices.
Monitors outstanding invoices and manage cash collections.
Collects past due accounts by contacting customers; investigate circumstances of non-payment; resolve discrepancies in billings versus customer payments; and expedite cash collections.
Supports financial planning by forecasting weekly cash receipts.
Monitors daily sales & orders for completeness and accuracy.
Monitor daily bank transactions and timely cash receipts application to open invoices.
Maintains financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls.
Maintains accounting ledgers by posting monthly account transactions.
Performs balance sheet reconciliations in a monthly basis.
Issues monthly intercompany invoices.
Performs monthly intercompany reconciliations in OneStream.
Prepares monthly A/R Top Ten Aging report.
Monitors bi-monthly credit limit and generates credit limit report.
Supports external/internal audit requirements as it relates to Accounts Receivable.
Provides ad hoc analysis and reports as needed and requested by Controller.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.
S.
) in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university
5-10 years of directly related experience in Accounts Receivable.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Knowledge of Government Contract Accounting, FAR clauses, and WAWF invoicing is a plus.

When extending an offer, a variety of factors are considered such as responsibilities of the position, relevant education and experience, certifications, knowledge and skills.
Salary Range:
$74,800.
00 - $124,960.
