As the Regional Accounting Specialist, you will provide accounting assistance to the Retail Services Department.
The primary objective is to provide invoice coding, retailer billing, procurement of products and software and inventory management.
This position is responsible for multiple regions supported by Retail Services.
Job Description Full Time, On Site Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Hourly Rate: $18.
71 -$27.
99 You will contribute by: Preparing retailer billing based on a weekly or monthly cycle.
Ensuring that the billing to the retailer is accurate and timely.
Documenting vendor invoices by entering GL account information.
Verifying that cost information is accurate on the vendor invoice.
Ensuring that the vendor is paid on time by working with C&S corporate accounting.
Ensuring that the appropriate inventory is removed to coincide with the project billing to the retailer.
Keeping accurate records and details of invoices that may be required for future research.
Performing sourcing, liaising and negotiating with new and existing suppliers to improve business.
Implementing procurement processes to ensure efficiency, cost savings and best practices.
Ensuring that service projects teams have the available products and software required for project completion.
Managing the weekly inventory of products and software through recording and verifying the accuracy of the data and the amounts in stock.
Managing the amount of inventory on hand to ensure adequate supply and to ensure that a good cash flow is maintained.
