Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The Corporate Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the finance team, responsible for performance management, forecasting, budgets, and monthly reporting.
In this role, you will work closely with various departments and business units to provide financial analysis and support for decision-making, as well as develop and maintain financial models and reports to support the company's strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and recommend actions to improve financial performance
Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with various departments and business units to gather financial data and information, and provide financial analysis and support as needed
Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Provide ad-hoc analysis and support as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis or related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with financial reporting software such as Excel and PowerPoint
CPA or MBA a plus
Pay Range
$40.
