We are a small, but rapidly growing, bookkeeping company searching for a Payroll Administrator/Assistant Bookkeeper!
Our company helps small to mid-size companies manage their day to day financial tasks.
You'll work closely with numerous clients and their team from all different industries, and will also contribute to internal development projects, because our internal team is an important client too!
We are problem-solvers and bridge-builders, pivotal players in our client's journey!
MUST have the following qualifications;
Minimum 3-5 years as Full Charge Payroll Administrator.
Minimum 1 year Bookkeeping experience
Duties:
Payroll - Processing payroll, payment of PR taxes, 401k management, employee management, quarterly/yearly report In State and Out of State filings, WC payments/audits
Knowledge of basic HR issues
Bookkeeping - Posting of bank and credit card expenses, Reconciliations
Qualifications:
Proficient skills in Quickbooks Desktop/Online, Excel, Word
Familiar with a variety of different payroll platforms
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be a self starter and not require constant supervision.
Multi-Tasker, Team player, Positive attitude
This is an in-office position, Part Time, 15-20 hours a week, M-F.
