Financial Analyst

Overview: Lennar is looking for a Financial Analyst with an understanding of finance and the ability to manage relationships working as a liaison with internal and external professionals.
Responsibilities: Work with Teams to manage and track deal flow with internal and external parties Manage ongoing operating initiatives related to strategic financing initiatives Ability to perform ongoing asset management capabilities at a nationwide level Strong understanding of finance with the ability to anticipate the direction financial metrics will move with change in assumptions or inputs Preparation of materials for capital source partners Pipeline tracking and management Other job duties as assigned Qualifications: One (1) – Three (3) years of excel work experience Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external professionals Real Estate or finance industry experience preferred, but not required Bachelor’s degree required, preferred emphasis in accounting, finance or real estate; CPA or MBA a plus Ability to manage a large volume of communication and asset management nationwide Lennar is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
