Responsibilities
Cover front desk, reception area as needed.
Perform administrative duties such as copying, opening mail, filing, maintaining open invoices and ordering office supplies
Route calls on multi-line phone
Help coordinate lunch meetings and team building events
Resolve and respond to vendor inquiries.
Obtain proper authorizations/approval for disbursements.
Analyze invoices, expense reports and check requests for accuracy and approvals.
Reconcile vendor accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or other payment issues with vendors.
Code/ split invoices and allocate costs to the correct job centers.
Special projects as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
Must be organized, detail oriented, accurate and have strong multi-tasking skills
Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
General accounting knowledge
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
High School diploma or GED
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
