We are looking for a Biller to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.
Your role Your mission as a Biller is support all service billing fucntions.
You will work with the Service Team to close jobs and bill for services rendered.
You will be billing liaison between the Service Manager, Service Technicians, Parts Specialist, Accounts Receivable, and customers.
You will report to the Regional Operations Manager.
Duties include: Daily invoicing via EPAD Credit card processing at time of invoicing DMR for PO required orders on ready to bill Monitor and correct Admin Verified jobs within 24hrs Work assigned credit disputes Close warranty orders after approval is received from Service Manager Attend weekly Billing Meeting Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable and customer-oriented image to customers.
Perform all responsibilities in accordance with Quincy standards, while trying your best to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
To succeed, you need High School diploma or equivalent (required) or Associate's degree in relevant field.
You have billing experience in an industrial service industry.
Customer service experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Prior experience with SAP and MAM (preferred).
You can lift, carry, or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
You can be frequently exposed to work conditions in extreme temperatures and/or loud environments.
You can work in a mostly-office environment with some warehouse or workshop environment.
