One Federal Solution seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Sacramento, CA team to support our Federal Government client.
As a Financial Analyst, you play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making through data-driven insights, analysis, and as follows:
*Key Responsibilities*
* Reviews accounting practices to ensure compliance with other Federal laws and regulations (e.
g.
, Single Audit Act), generally accepted Government accounting practices, and relevant Office Management and Budget (OMB) circulars.
* Identifies corrective actions for improper or illegal expenditures and accounting funds.
* Reviews and analyzes annual financial statements to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies and procedures.
* Prepares draft budget request for office operations.
* Requires proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software and general knowledge of financial statements.
*Qualifications & Requirements *
* Four- year Undergraduate Degree from an accredited University
* 3+ years of experience in related field
* Public Trust Eligible
* Must be able to commute on-site
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication
