The Jr.
Accountant supports the Accounting staff in performing various responsibilities of the Finance/Accounting Department.
*Summary of essential job functions*
Ø Responsible for various weekly, monthly & yearly reports and reconciliations including sales journals, bank reconciliations, trade schedules, show updates, fiscal year end schedules
Ø Daily/Monthly credit card balancing
Ø Monthly purchase card upload & reconciliation
Ø Assist HR/PR Manager with timecards and payroll reporting
Ø Prepare summer concessions reports
Ø Daily reconciliation of gift certificates, vouchers & on-account funds
Ø Misc.
general accounting related duties as needed by Accounting Dept.

Ø Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent accounting work experience required
Ø Knowledge of accounting systems (Sage), office computer equipment and software
Ø Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Ø Demonstrated organizational skills, efficiency, prioritization, and multi-tasking
Ø Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
Ø Strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
Ø Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
