What you will do:
Process high volume accounts payable transactions
Perform month end, quarter end and year end financial close processes
Prepare and analyze property financial statements
Critically evaluate expenses and follow up with operational team
Prepare 1099, 1098 tax forms and reconcile property ledgers for tax return preparation
Analyze and resolve resident loan discrepancies and calculate loan payoff amounts
What you Bring:
Strong organizational skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth and acquisitions-oriented environment

A focus on detail and goals with strong organizational and communication skills
The ability to re-evaluate priorities daily and meet deadlines
A high degree of technical understanding of accounting software (experience with QuickBooks and Yardi preferred)
A solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements and tax returns
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks and Yardi (preferred)
1+ years experience in accounting focused role or equivalent education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or currently pursuing a degree
Pay & Benefits:
$65-70k salary depending on education and experience
