Customer focused accounting office is looking for a full time, (40) hour a week dynamic Billing Clerk & Office Assistant, with a professional demeanor, who can perform a variety of duties with honesty, integrity and an all around positive attitude.
*This position is temporary, for the duration of tax season from mid-January to mid-April.
* Candidate must be within a 30 minute commute of Davis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Retrieve and process professional time sheets
* Implement and control billing system
* Verify and reconcile invoices
* General administrative tasks, including: scheduling appointments, operating multi-line phone system, drafting correspondence, maintain filing systems
* Computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn company software
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team player, who enjoys multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
The qualified candidate will possess the following characteristics:

* Ability to work overtime as needed
Schedule is as follows: M-Th: 9 am - 6 pm, Fri: 9 am - 5 pm, some Sundays as work increases.
