We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic finance team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex tax matters and providing strategic tax planning advice to individuals and businesses.
They will also possess a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
Oversee the preparation and filing of state and federal tax returns for individuals and businesses
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
Resolve complex tax issues and protect clients' financial interests
Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations
Research and analyze complex tax issues
Manage a team of tax professionals
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities
Respond to client inquiries and resolve tax issues
Represent clients in tax audits and appeals
Prepare financial reports and presentations
Provide input on tax-related financial decisions
Mentor and train junior tax professionals
*QUALIFICATIONS:*Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or taxation.
CPA license required
6-8+ years of experience in tax preparation and planning
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
