We are seeking a talented Billing and Collection specialist to join our in-house accounting team.
Job Description: As a Billing Specialist at New Legend Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities: - Review customer contracts with attention to all details.
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Review and verify billing data for completeness and accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information for billing.
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues.
Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant billing software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience: - AA degree in Business Finance or Accounting; additional education or certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
- 3 years of relevant billing experience.
