Horizon Management & Consulting Group is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk.
The Accounting Clerk reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for performing account receivables/payables, cash reconciliations, deposits, payroll, billing, and adjusting general journal entries for multiple entities.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Prior accounting or bookkeeping work experience required
* Experience with QuickBooks and payroll processing required
* Skilled in verbal and written communication
* Skilled in organizational and clerical skills
* Skilled in data entry
* Basic telephone and reception skills
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently with a team
* Ability to problem solve
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Ability to meet deadlines in a timely matter
* Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
* Must be able to pass drug screen and mandated background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
