Pet notes: We are excited you and your pet have decided to make your new home at BDX at Capital Village! The following guidelines have been established to ensure a smooth transition into your new home.
Please provide our office staff with a photo of your pet(s).
Additional security deposit $500 for first pet and $250 for the second, monthly pet rent $35 for pets 1-49lbs and $50 for pets 50lbs and above, a written signed consent form, veterinarian statement, an appointment with our office team to meet your pet prior to moving in and registration may be required prior to moving your pet into the community.
If a pet is acquired after you move in, please contact the leasing office immediately in order to discuss your right to house your new pet, and to enter into a Pet Addendum.
Service and Assistance Animals that assist person with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the Pet Policy, but still require execution of a Service/Assistance Animal Addendum.

In the meantime, please note that the following restrictions apply: No aggressive dogs (including, without limitation, any dog that has bit or injured another animal or person) are allowed on the property, at any time.

Resident and guests from having any pet on the premises or common areas, which Landlord, at Landlord’s sole discretion, deems aggressive, dangerous or out of control.
