WE ARE A SENIOR COMPLEX 55+ TO APPLY.
* You will need to complete 1 application ( PRINT IT OUT AND FILL OUT BY HAND IN BLUE INK NOT ON COMPUTER) for EACH adult household member & You will need to bring in:
• ID
• Social Security Card (original document not copies)
• $35 Application fee for each adult household member (cashier's check)
• $100 Holding Deposit (cashier's check)
• 3 Full months of bank statements (most current) if you have IRAS, CD's (most recent quarterly statements, or 3 months of most current statements)
• If employed 3 full months of paystubs (most current)*if paid monthly 3; weekly 14; bi-weekly 7
• Income source information, Example: Social Security Award letter (current), Unemployment award letter (EDD benefit award letter, transaction details, payment activity,) GI Bill, If self-employed: Last year's taxes (FULL FEDERAL RETURN PACKET) or a projected profit and loss for new business (prepared by a licensed CPA), Gift income: Notarized letter from gift income or must be present at time of application, Public Assistance Print Out, Trust Fund, Retirement/Pension(Current benefit letter), Lottery winnings, insurance policies, or any other income sources not listed.
• Student financial aid letter
• Whole Life insurance Policy (benefit letter that shows face value and current cash surrender value).
• Child Support/ Alimony the full court order showing amount awarded.
• If you own a home the Grant Deed
• If you have recently sold a home in the last 2 years the seller's statement along with a grant deed
If Section 8 voucher recipient: RFTA packet and full voucher (all pages)
Applications MUST include ALL of the applicable items listed above.
In the interest of protecting you and our staff during these uncertain times, applications need to be dropped off at our office from 10 am to 11 am & 1:00 pm to 4 pm Monday -Friday.
Completed application packets will be reviewed on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis.
Applications containing all the applicable documents will be considered first.
Applications missing required information will be returned.

No.
The rent is a set rate, but you must income qualify.

Is the rent amount lower?
No.
The rent amount for the apartment is listed at the top of the email.
Can I see the unit?
We typically rent apartments while they are still occupied.
It is very rare that we have units available to show and our property does not have a model.
Please remember that this is first come, first serve.
We recommend responding quickly in order to hold the apartment.
Fee’s
Holding deposit: $100 (Cashier’s Check).
This money will be returned to you if for any reason we are not able to approve your application.
This money will not be returned to you if you cancel your application after 72 hours.
Application Processing Fee: $35 (Cashier’s Check), per adult applicant.
This is non-refundable.
