Leasing options: 10 months, 11 months, 12 months or 13 months
Leasing notes: Month to Month Lease is $100 fee monthly
When applying you will be required to pay $50 Per Person Application Fee and a $150 Holding Fee.
This holding fee is Non Refundable if you cancel you application due to screening outcome or for any reason no Exceptions! For instance, if your application comes back Approved with Conditions requiring a Higher Deposit or Co-singer and you cannot comply with these requirements Or if you screening comes back Denied.
If your screening comes back Approved and Rental History and Employment History are good you would be required to pay a Regular Deposit.
If Screening comes back Approved with Conditions this can require either a a Higher Deposit or it can require a Co-singer.
We will advise you of which Conditions after screening is complete.
We may also request additional documents to verify your income/rental and if you can not provide what is requested your application will be canceled.
No exceptions and the holding fee will be forfeited.
The holding fee will go towards your move in cost if your application is
approved.
