My partner and I are looking to sublease our adorable 2 bedroom 1 bathroom at Clearwater Apartments in east Davis for $1,900 a month, $195 less than the current rental rate of $2,095.
Move in date flexible, ideally Feb 1st but we can accommodate earlier or later.
There is an option to renew the lease in August.
I have rented at Clearwater since I moved to Davis and I highly recommend living here.
The apartment manager is wonderful - she is very professional and responsive which I have heard can be hard to find in Davis.
