To participate, you will need the following (NO EXCEPTIONS)
PROOF OF INCOME:

3 Consecutive months of employment check stubs with no gaps in stubs from the same employer (3 stubs for
monthly pay, 7 stubs for bi weekly pay, 13 stubs for weekly pay)

Social Security: CURRENT Award Letter (dated within the last 60 days)
3\.
TANF: CURRENT Passport to Services
4\.
Self Employment: 2022 tax return & ALL W2s & 1099s used to file those taxes (if it is new self employment - must
provide a profit and loss breakdown for 2023 & an anticipated breakdown for 2024)
5\.
Child Support: FULL court order & 3 months of payment history
--Photo ID for ALL adults
--Birth Certificates for ALL minors
--Social Security Cards for everyone in the household
