Type 47 License for Sale or Partnership (Sacramento)

I entered and won the ABC state lottery in October for a Type 47 liquor license.
At the time, I was planning to buy or start up a taproom and bar with a business partner.
Since then, my partner pulled out.
So I am no longer actively in the game to launch a taproom bar.
I have the ability to formalize this license until January 2024 or else I will lose my permit and they will refund my deposit.
This type of liquor license is generic (can be converted to any other type) and is becoming rare in Sacramento county, hence the state lottery.
I am open to any offers on (i) allowing me to "park" my license at a commercial address or (ii) partnership to launch a new or join an existing restaurant or bar or (iii) buying the permit from me.
