Entertainment segment
Since 1980, the business has rented the same warehouse/yard space in Sacramento.
Rent for the next 12 mo's or longer will be $5500/mo.
A deposit is necessary to lease it.
You can rent this space or move the business elsewhere.
About 60% of the warehouse space (approx 6,000 sq ft) is available to you & 90% of the yard at about 1/3 acre.
A back lot, adjacent is for sale if you want it.
We & landlord will retain remainder of warehouse space.
The majority of the main warehouse parts can be emptied & restocked into large trailers & box trucks, or erect a mezzanine floor as a 2nd floor.
This allows for inventorying of the parts & to free up space in the main warehouse to conduct Service.
Or leave parts as-is.
Parts/Service/RVs
There are 1000s of parts, some very valuable & there is an infinite pipeline of inexpensive to FREE parts that we will pass to you.
You will never run out of parts.
Many parts can be sold online & there is more than $1M in parts inventory.
Service includes in-house & mobile.
Mobile service is very lucrative, charging more than in-house per hour.
We will give you ALL the service jobs.
There are three technicians available or use your own.
You can dramatically increase annual revenue by accepting more service work.
Many RVs will be included in the deal, if you want them: valued $100-200k.
The back lot is for sale, about 1/3 acre.
You can add a power pole.
The lot has a well.
Entertainment
There is an entertainment segment to the business, which we are keeping.
This includes books, YouTube livestream/vid Channel (over 1 yr), & 1000's of hours of filmed content that will be monetized.
The outstanding portion to the entertainment is a reality show that is near ready to launch, which will be a series promoted on a major streaming service.
There is a good chance this show will take off, thus increasing the value of the RV Parts/Service business.
The RV center is the brick/mortar business, bringing credibility for the content of the show.
We will be retaining the corporation name, website, email & phone number for the RV center for the time being as we navigate the success of this show.
We will be forwarding, DAILY, 100% of the parts requests & 100% of the service jobs that come through email & by phone.
Together, we will figure out how to make sure it is conducted quickly, seamlessly/efficiently.
