Infant/Toddler Teacher

*Qualifications and other requirements* · Experience working with children ages 0-3 · Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits, Infant and Toddler Units required · Current Health and Safety Training (15 hours) preferred · Proof of MMR, Tdap and flu shot Immunizations.
· Background check clearance (LiveScan) on file with Community Care Licensing or ability to obtain clearance.
· Ability to provide the Health Screening Report with TB testing from a Physician prior to employment.
· Negative Covid test taken 2 days prior to starting · Willingness to provide a copy of Covid vaccine card *Duties & Responsibilities: * · Believes and carries out our philosophy, vision and values of the child care program.
· Maintains an open, friendly and cooperative relationship with each child and family.
· Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum to nurture and stimulate the social, physical, cognitive and cultural needs of the children in care.
· Responsible for developing or collaborating with co-teacher regarding lesson plans for the classroom/program.
· Maintains a safe, kind, and clean classroom.
· Creates an inviting and stimulating environment for the children.
· Ability to work with a diverse population.
· Responsible for securing health, hygiene, safety and overall well-being of children at all times.
· Maintains confidentiality of records and information of staff, children and families.
· The ability to bend, stoop and lift children up to 50 pounds.
