Lead Preschool Teacher

Growing Bright Preschool is looking for a STRONG lead preschool teacher who has experience with challenging behaviors or a mixed age group (2-5) classroom.
Duties: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Teach basic academic skills such as math, language, and science through engaging activities.
- Foster social and emotional development by promoting positive behavior and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
Skills: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience and understanding to work with young children at various developmental stages.
- Creativity to develop engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Organizational skills to manage classroom materials and resources.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
