```Duties```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for children in the classroom.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Supervise and engage children in various activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational exercises.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all children.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
```Requirements```
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Familiarity with child welfare guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and provide appropriate support.
- Knowledge of special education techniques is a plus.
- Physical education or sports coaching experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and early intervention strategies.
