Our work environment includes: * Casual work attire * Lively atmosphere Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans - Provide support and guidance to students in various areas of the curriculum - Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies - Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment - Help students with individual needs or challenges to ensure their success - Assist with the preparation and organization of materials for classroom activities - Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods - Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment Experience: -Minimum of 6 ECE Units -CPR & Pediatric First Aide - Previous experience working with students, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting - Familiarity with curriculum development and age-appropriate educational practices - Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members - Experience in providing care and support for toddlers Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues - Ability to assist in the development of math and literacy education activities - Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and techniques - Ability to manage a classroom environment effectively This position offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced educators, gain valuable classroom experience, and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
