Farm school playgroup teacher work with 10 children ages walking- 3 years in a parent participation playgroup class on our 20 acre ranch, Wednesdays from 8:30-11am.
Opportunity for additional hours and days for the right individual.
Teachers must have experience with the preschool age group, enjoy being outdoors, not afraid to get dirty, comfortable around animals, and physically able to hike around the property with the kids.
Experience in livestock, gardening, or agriculture a major bonus but not required for someone willing to learn!
Teachers guide the children through a morning circle time lesson and story, nature hike, arts and crafts, projects, gardening, animal husbandry and care, and free play at each class.
Teachers are responsible for lesson planning and prepping materials as well as ensuring the classroom is set up to be conducive to learning and safe for the students.
