Assistant Child Care Provider

Responsibilities: - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise and engage children in play, both indoors and outdoors - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space - Monitor children's behavior and ensure their well-being at all times - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise - Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices Skills: - Experience in daycare, preschool, or nannying roles - Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities - Ability to provide first aid and respond to emergencies - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues - Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a structured environment - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs of each child - Experience working with students with diverse backgrounds and abilities is a plus Requirements: -Age 14+ - clean background This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while gaining valuable experience in childcare.
